Shipping Time Frame

Orders that don't contain a Shirt of the Week take 6-10 business days from the day after you place your order to process before shipping out.  Our business days are Monday - Friday. We are striving to be ahead of this schedule and hope to get your order out sooner.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged/defective shirts

If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us a picture of the damage via email within 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it.

What is a Mystery Tee?

Our Mystery Tee deal is a special package that contains one random graphic tee with no specific design or color for $7.99. They are randomly pre-bagged which means no special requests may be made.

  • If ordering multiples - we can't guarantee that you will receive different designs or shirt colors per bag. (Selected at random) We will not replace any duplicates with different designs. 
  • These tees are FINAL SALE and will not be returnable or exchangeable.
  • No additional discounts can be used.
  • Selected at random & specific designs can't be chosen.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges only allowed on full price items, sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

    Please send us an email at sales@adybelle.com with your tracking information with ATTN: Returns/Exchanges in the subject line. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request once we receive your package. 
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Within your exchange, please include a note with the following information:

    • Your Name
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for Exchange 


    Lost or stolen packages

    Adybelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can find it.

     

     

    Address Changes:

    Address changes must be made during regular business hours, Monday- Friday 9AM- 5PM CST. If your order ships with an incorrect address, please contact the shipping carrier for further information. Once a label is created, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
